The intern will be expected to participate actively on the communications team. This includes team meetings, prayer times, and being willing to do things outside of the role description to help other areas teammates operationally when needed

Work collaboratively with the Communications Director and Communications Operations Director on internal and external communication requests and projects

Work alongside the communications team to help manage multiple projects to ensure successful and timely delivery

Help the Communications team develop and execute communication plans with clear marketing strategies

Help the Communications team innovate through marketing campaigns like Vision 2030 and Christmas to move guests along the ADP (Adult Discipleship Pathway)

Help the Communications team develop and build an MPS (Mission, Pillars and Standards) for the Communications Team

Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook
