Execute and uphold the Discipleship MPS to assist in building the discipleship support ministry using the vision, resources, and training of NewSpring Church

Build teams and execute ministry in a way that is reflected in Rock and other provided systems

Provide support for classes and groups as needed

Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook
