Take personal responsibility to add value to NewSpring Florence staff team and campus as a whole 

• Take personal responsibility to cultivate a hunger for God and a hunger to develop as a leader.
• Be an active contributor to the FLO campus as a whole by contributing to staff meetings, prayer gatherings, and collective church gatherings
• Meet regularly with the Fuse Director for development, vision and coaching
• Be willing to take any responsibility for the sake of the campus that may be outside of the Fuse student ministry or young adult outreach ministry

Help oversee the execution of Fuse Student Ministry on Wednesday Nights

• Help build teams to execute Wednesday nights in such a way that students are engaged, discipled, and sent back into our community on mission
• Meet with the Florence Fuse lead team weekly
• Be a part of Fuse Support meetings weekly
• Lead Fuse first timer experience and follow up 

Help plan and execute special events at Fuse Student Ministry, such as the Fuse Christmas Party and Halloween at Fuse 

Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
