Ensure that Wednesday night Fuse gatherings uphold the pillars of family, formation and fun

Plan and prepare weekly for each support area within Fuse. Ensure said plans are implemented and carried out to their full potential

Schedule and organize the volunteer teams, as well as equip volunteers to lead their areas well

Collaborate with the new serve area leader to identify and train new support volunteers.

Collaborate with the outreach area leader to plan and execute any onsite events outside of a Wednesday night

Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook
