Uphold the vision, values, and standards of KidSpring

Oversee all NewServe & Guest Services operations that lead up to and include Sunday gatherings, including:

• Lead & shepherd all service leaders, team leaders, and room volunteers
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication with volunteers
• Ensure environments are prepared with healthy and safe volunteer coverage for Sunday
• Ensure room environment and curriculum preparation are complete before Sunday
• Be present in NewServe & Guest Service areas on Sundays as a resource for your leaders
• Personal recruitment of new volunteers
• Encourage all volunteers to be in community with other believers, i.e. men’s or women’s groups, Fuse groups, etc.

Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook
